This charming young lady came dressed as Tenjou Utena,
from Shoujo Kakumei Utena (Revolutionary Girl Utena)...
well, at least that's who I THINK she was dressed as! She
was in the presence of several other cosplayers who were dressed
in costumes I couldn't identify. I'm sure some of you crazed
otaku out there will correct me if I'm wrong.
