Tsunami picks an elementary school girl from an unimportant planet known as Earth to be her champion. The girl, Samy Kawai, is transformed into magical girl Pretty Samy. Meanwhile Ramia, the second in place to the Throne, doesn't want Tsunami to succeed so she finds her own champion, Sasami's best friend Misao!
